Cory Fitzjarrell

I am Cory Fitzjarrell. The realm of strength and conditioning impacted my life early on in martial arts and from there began in other sports, the main being football. Strength and conditioning allowed me to reach the ability to go on and play college football. After obtaining my Exercise Science Degree I have been fortunate to be a collegiate strength and conditioning coach at various levels from NAIA, DII, to DI working with various sports providing me a wide background in athletic performance. Along with athletic performance, I have competed and coached in powerlifting and weightlifting. As of recently, I have earned my Masters's in Sports Management. Overall, the impact of my strength coaches is what truly influenced me to pursue this path. As a strength coach, it is our job to pass on the lessons taught in the weight room through training to provide you with the strength to succeed in life. I am eager to bring my background and experiences into the private sector!
