The USPA is one of the top powerlifting federations in the USA, created by lifters, with the goal of ensuring lifters are provided an opportunity and location of showcasing the result of their efforts in a safe and competitive environment.

The USPA provides opportunities for a range of lifters from the beginner, to the elite level.

Session Start time 9 am
1 session, 3 flights 15 lifters in each flight


Open:  1st - 3rd place in each weight class
Junior  1st - 3rd place using wilkes 
Master 40-49, etc.: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Awards given using wilkes for overall best female and male lifter


One-piece singlet must be worn, as a minimum for all lifters. Underwear must be "V" type legless aka "tighty whities", or jockstrap. No compression shorts or spandex allowed.

Raw division: requires a one piece singlet, and allows 4 inch wide buckle or lever belt (No velcro belts or padding on the inside of the belt), wristwraps can be up to 1 meter, and single layer kneesleeves. Over the calf long socks required for the deadlift for all lifters.

Classic Division: is raw except it allows up to 2.5 meter kneewraps for the squat.

Single Ply rules: Single-Ply squat, bench, and deadlift suits only! No velcro straps on the squat/deadlift suit. Velcro is allowed on the bench shirt, but must close the back completely- no open back shirts. No velcro straps allowed on squat or deadlift suit. No support briefs allowed in single ply.

Saturday weigh-ins are by appointment only from 7-7:30am.  Contact the Meet Director.
Rules Briefing/Warmup: Saturday, 8:30 AM
Lifting Begins: Saturday, 9 AM



$100 per lifter, add $25 if entering additional division.

Payment of entry fees will be done via Stripe. Entries will not be considered final until your payment has been received.

Entry deadline is September 15th, 2018. 

There will be no refunds provided.   Entry fees are not transferrable to another meet or person.
